Replacing my 700R4 with a 4L80E into my 88 Blazer.
Anyone tried to install the 700R4 GM aluminum dust cover onto the 4L80E?
It appears that all 6 10mm bolts would line up perfectly but unable to make it flush with the transmission.
Not sure yet if it’s the bottom of the torque converter that’s preventing it from bolting bolting up flush with the transmission.
Has anyone run into this problem?
