700r4 and edelbrock performer intake

OK the blazer is running well now but I am afraid to drive cause the tv cable which is mounted in the stock bracket on a new edelbrock intake seems to be way to tight.

What do I do!!!

Theres an adjustment on the cable, right behind the clip there is a keeper style horseshoe clip. Pull it up and the cable will most likely slacken.....

heres an article on tv adjustment. basically you depress the clip, push sheath towards firewall back into clip, release clip, manually give full throttle. it should click out a few clicks..

tight is better than loose, but adjust it anyway. the location can change a little bit with the aftermarket intake, and it will effect it.
