There are two steel rods the bolt to the bottom of the bell housing as a brace. I can't figure out where the other side bolts up to. Anyone have a picture of the underside of a blazer that might have these braces so I can see where they go?

One end goes to the tc cover and the other end goes to a plate that bolts under the motor mount.

Yup, should be that plate thats bolted to the motor on each side, then on the side a large bolt goes through the actual rubber mount. Look closely should be a spot on each. Ive got pics but cant post from my phone. If u really cant find any if u click on the link to my build thread and in the first post of that click on the link to my garage thread... Lol, they should be in there but its quite cluttered and my reason for startin a new one. You may be able to see them on my motor install too i cant recall

Yup, that sucked donkey balls. Leave it to GM to hang brackets off of brackets. I swear some dude must have had a full time job designing brackets!!!!

Yup had to jack up the motor remove the motor mounts then stick those brackets in. Aligning everthing back up sucked but its done now.
