700r4 experts - oil leak at shifter?

I seem to have a leak of tranny fluid from around the gear selector thingy on the driver's side of the tranny. Anyone know if there is a seal or bushing that can be replaced fairly easily with the tranny in the truck?

Small lip seal on shaft. Here is the tool needed to change it.
