700R4 Identifcation

Help Please

I have a 700R4 and am trying to find out what year it is. On the passenger side bell housing it has MD8, on the passenger side towards the back there is a "7" about 1" tall. On the driver side stamped vertically is has "13 157 0696" I am hoping its an 87 model. I need all the help I can get for the 427 I am installing soon.
