700r4 lockup at 55. normal??

on my 700r4 i'm not getting torque convertor lockup until 55mph.
is that normal?
maybe it's just me, but i though lockup came at 45 on those. and if so, how do i fix it?

50 is about right. Did you change tire size or gears?

yes on tires, 31's to 33's, but changed the drac.
