when driving on the freeway it seems like the tc is locking and unlocking in OD with the cruis on and flat it will come out then if i accelerate it will go back in is it the converter or the silnoid

Check you have have your TV cable set correctly first. This can cause hunting.

You might want to look at the Bow Tie Overdrive site. They have alot of good info. on the 700R4 trans. I have the T.C. lock up kit in mine and like it very much. I keep my T.C. locked most of the time, it helps tame the steep gears and helps with the gas mileage. The trans. temp. runs much cooler with the T.C. locked.
