700R4/NP208 adapter - got it, thanks!

I could use one to work up a 203 range box to mate with a 700R4 tranny, but I don't want to take my truck apart, so I'm looking for another 700R4/NP208 adapter.

Sounds good to me, but let me look into the tall vs. short.

I actually don't know what I've got on my '85...

My 84 K5 and the parts 84 K5 had the tall. Prior to getting 2nd K5 I pulled a trans and t case out of a 85 pickup (at least I think it was an 85 ). Thats how I ended up with a short adapter.

I didn't kow there were two styles. I've got the 'w'-shaped stock crossmember on the truck right now, the plan (for now) is to go to the flat style crossmember once the Doubler goes in. Further research sez I want the tall one, so I'll take the one you offered. I'll PM you once I get home.

I have the short style adapter if you need it rather thank the tall one.
The cross member for it had the hump in it for the exhaust. I'll post a pic tomorrow.
