my 1990,I have had this since it had 22000 miles on it,it now has 245000 miles on it,I have never changed the atf in it,and have never dropped the pan,so is there something I should be doing to make sure this doesn't give up on me?

no issues at all, works perfectly, just thinking after 245000 miles ,I should probably do a little preventive maintenance on it

lol, don't touch it
run another 245,000 on it lol

hmmm there is no way it's original, non-rebulit. Why not just do some standard maintenance and then you'll know where you stand. Can't hurt. Ground zero for the next 20k miles

That was my first thought, don't screw with it,but I do think I should change out the atf,an it is original,I have owned since almost new

Its a freak! Lol. Must be a LOT of highway miles. I only got 127k out of my '01 s10! Fluid and filter, and like Zuki said, no flushy
