I'm looking for the short output shaft for a 700r4 that I can install so I don't have to run the 2" spacer when going doubler, or any other t-case other than a 208/241. I figured @sweetk30 would probably know which one I need. I already looked at his 203/205 build thread when I rebuilt my t-cases.
Also, will I just need to run my 203 to th350 adapter if I install the short output shaft?

ORD sells the shaft

And yes you would use the th350/203 adapter

Speaking of ORD, would I be able to use their triple stick with a NorthWest Fab doubler adapter? I like their kit b/c I can either run the 205 in the stock location or clock it if I want to.

ORD offers clocking, but its a one time use deal. The NWF kit is cool, and multiple adjustable is nice, but how often are you going to adjust your clocking?

I'm not saying I'll be clocking the 205 every weekend. But I do like that it's optional.
Right now I don't need to be clocked, but in the future I may need a flat belly. With the NWF kit I won't have to buy a whole new adapter.

Running a NWF doubler 205 clocked up almost flat, and ORD triple stick in my rig. No issues

I just installed my doubler last night, 203/a plate a friend and I machined/clocked 205. Even with a 3in body lift, there is no room underneath. But, mine was a 2wd 1/2 ton Burb originally, so others may have more room. I can just barely get the 205 flush with the bottom frame rails as it sits, and the 203 and plate actually hang lower than the original GM 205 I removed. LOL. its sawzall time.
