700r4 tag

There's a tag stuck on my 700r4 on the drivers side a few inches behind the torque converter lockup plug. Did this come stock or is it a remanufacturers tag? I know it has been rebuilt, just not sure by who or when.

Pretty certain that is a factory ID tag.

rough pic, but with what looks to be a rivet in the center, I'd say factory also.

No rivet, its glued on.
