Dropped my K5 off monday to have the trans looked at. Complaints were weird shifting, lockup converter in and out all the time. Wound up replacing the spring in the trottle valve it was sticking, and I think he said the aapply piston was sticking. The detent cable pulled smooth so didnt not replace. New fluid and filter. Drives and shifts like a dream. I had him rewire the lockup so its only in when in 4th gear.
