Rebuilt Jasper 700r4, bought from a member on this site who said it has less than 10,000 miles on it. Got in back in Nov. but i have only driven it less than 10miles b/c of the lack of time ive had in the past few months. Theres something wrong with it, it shifts real hard when going into 2nd but after that it shifts perfect, and then when you stop in doesnt go to 1st gear, goes to 2nd. I dont know much about transmissions, im not trying to fix what ever is wrong with it so, i just bought another one from someone on here so i can sell my truck fast. $100 plus ride

Did you try adjusting the TV cable? That will have a big effect on how well it shifts.
