i have one out of a 90 K5 but it needs to be repaired/rebuilt. lost 3rd and 4th gear.

very common problem. the 3-4 clutches go bad. there are aftermarket clutch packs available that'll help fix that problem. have you thought about getting yours rebuilt or repaired?
