well I just blew my front seal out and oiled down most of the 15 fwy in the process ,anyone replace their front seal before?

Yup. 700s are very famous for having front seal problems. I too blew the front seal on the first 700 that blew up (I went thru 6 of em before swapping out to a TH400) and oiled down most of the 10 freeway in Banning, I thought for sure I was on fire, LOTSA SMOKE!! Gotta drop the trans out enough to be able to remove the converter to get to the seal. Then just hope it didn't smoke the tranny!! Good luck!
