The knocking engine might be the problem holding it back. The five grand is also a bit high for anybody wanting to take the axles out from under it too. Add in the rock hammered body with what I’m guessing is an equally shredded interior and you got a package nobody wants to touch at that price.

Yeah I was reading through the list of parts on it and was thinking, "that sounds like a lot of good stuff". The pictures also don't really look that bad.

This could be one of those where you show up in person and it's a lot worse than it looks online. lol

His significant other has laid down the law and it must be sold, only he doesn't want to sell it.

Didnt read add d60 up front ?
Way things are around here 5k for d60 with extra goodies might be possible.
I was looking at a beat cucv truck for 7k. Just for the 60.
Would have stuffed a 44 in it flipped it. Think the current owner is building a 454 for it so no deal.

I’m still not that hard up for a 60 to pay 5 grand for a $hitbox beat crawler burb just to harvest the 60 out of it. Heck even if I took both axles you are still stuck with a beat body and knocking engine.

Maybe the fact I’m not trying to push my truck that hard in the rocks I’m not on a hardcore hunt to find a D60. The truck does everything I want it to off road as is, I’d rather spend money on something that would increase the usability of the truck every day when it’s over 70 degrees by finally getting a/c in it.

I will say this if he knocks the price down enough somebody will part that truck out and crush the shell. The axles, 205 and 454 core do have value for sure.
