i have a 71 3/4 long bed that im converting to a crewcab. i have allready swapped in a 14 bolt with 79 front and rear hangers, with shackle flip done and 4 inch block. but now i want to install some 56" rear springs up front, and i need a total of 10" of lift. i was thinking of taking the spring mount off and running a crossmember on the front of the frame, installing some aftermarket spring hangers wich would be set forward enough for the new springs and running some better longer shackles. anybody done this or have any info. might even try to 63" all the way around if possible.
