A friend of mine is selling a 71 GMC K20 4x4 pickup that used to belong to his father whom bought it new in 71. It has the following information;
1971 GMC 2500 4X4, 3/4 ton Pick up
-454 Big Block Chevy engine installed 1974
-Front & Rear gears to change from 4.10 to 3.73 for better mileage
-8000 lb. PTO winch installed 1974
-No rust, straight body, new seat.
-One family owned, never been out of Eastern Oregon.
Runs and drives well, engine needs overhauled.
He's asking $9500 OBO which puts right in the middle of low and average retail prices according to the NADA website. Low retail is $6,840 and average retail is $12,200.
