71 K20, H072 FF Rear Axle brake parts

Got in a bind today helping a friend go thru brakes on a 71 K20 with the full floater rear axle HO72. Can't find drums for this anywhere. Looks like GM ran this in medium duty trucks for 50+ years, 72 being the last year. Anyone have a line on new drums and/or hub/drum combo?

It’s the “father of the 14-Bolt F/F” with a drop out third member and a 10-1/8“ ring gear diameter and course 17 spline axles.

Parts are getting scarce for these things.
I don’t know if it will work or not but it might be worth checking if the brake backing plate are similar to the 73+ 14-Bolts and use a more modern brake set up if the dimensions work out- just a thought.
