72 body on 79 2wd chassis?

I've got a customer that would like me to put a 1972 full removable top (was 4X4) body onto a 1979 2wd blazer (full size) chassis that he has already blasted & painted and rebuilt. The truck body and chassis are 100 miles away and was wondering if this is able to be done,(before I go look at it for an estimate) and what modification are needed? Thank-you in advance for any response.

You will have to figure out what the frame differences are and how to work around them. It's not just a bolt on affair. There were big differences just between 72 and 73 and I'm sure there's even more for a 79.

Bid high cause its going to be a lot of work.
