72 Jimmy PO has me PO'd

Looking good, Jim. You're making more progress than I am, that's for sure.

Thanks AJ, the boys want to take it wheeling this June, family 3 day camping trip, hope I don't knock the fenders off

It runs and stops, just have to get body mounts straightened out

It will be its maiden voyage

Thanks for checking in

Ben, (Igor) is this the way you intended to have the BBWM mounted, wasn't sure of the 4plates provided. I tried to read the directions but they are just a interpretation of another man's way of doing something lol

You should change the name of the winch mount to B&BBWM, behind and below bumper winch mount

What ever you call it, it is an exceptional piece of engineering and manufacturing, thank you for putting this on the market

I've thought on this, for many years, and could not have found a better solution to mounting my winch, plug and play as the phrase goes

Nice setup! Excited to have my product on your project! Thanks for the kind words!

I try to only use the best of the best on my truck. I've been restoring cars and trucks for 40 years and have learned not to cheap out on parts (chinism). To mount the fair lead, it had to be exact, as the tolerance were so close, impressive

Thanks again for your great product, it just looks cool on there

Ok kinda going backwards, but this was done a while ago

Used GMC trim to hide the gap in the Eagles venture repro hood, along with the Marquese side marker lights, a touch of aftermarket from the past with the stone guards on the headlights no brackets just mounted using trim rings from the headlights

Eagles venture

Yes it is, better picture, thanks for asking, picked up on the left coast

Fit was good except the front edge, big gap. Chevy trim didn't cover it, but GMC did

Love your 4wd camper one day I'll have one of my own, got the half top

Sad it didn’t fit right but that’s an excellent way to correct it.

Funny you should bring up my camper. Not sure if you have seen this one but there is a first gen K5 running around with a FWC camper and an original Hickey Hood. Plus I think it had a few other Hickey goodies on it. So here’s a pic of that gem.

Yeah, I think it's the same one, he used to be on the other forum, but he hasn't posted up for a while

It used to have aluminum diamond plate on the bottom, funny but he has the same taste as what I want to do

Just a different direction on the brush guard, although period correct, it just doesn't look to provide enough protection, just saying, not bashing, to each their own
