ok guys i have a 72 chevy k10 455 olds with racing parts with 4inch lift and a 83 jimmy with a 6.2L diesel with 700r4. i need some help ive got most of everything figured out, i know its a direct swap mounting wise, wiring should be fun. the drivelines and the sort need to be modified. does anyone know if the jimmy's drivetrain if beefier than the 72?? i know in 72 the 3/4 and 1/2 tons had the same springs. i was thinking of swaping axles, springs, drivelines, and everything over, will this work?? thanks for the help
