Wanted 72 k5 frame crossmember

I'm in need of the front frame crossmember that is riveted in place that is directly under the front of the oil pan. I'm thinking one from a pickup might be the same. Please let me know if you have one available. Thanks. I'm located near Chicago.

I'm not familiar with the 1st generations, but, I believe that's the engine crossmember. Time to call DIY4X or ORD.

Thanks. I'll check into that but I'm not sure that's the same one I need. Its not where the motor mounts are but it's more to the front almost under the radiator. I'm trying to stay more stock if possible.

Too bad I scrapped all my first gen brackets a couple of years ago.
I held on to them for 10 years

That cross member is the same for a truck and suburban of the same year. That should help in your search. It is not the engine crossmember though. That will differ between 2wd and 4x4.
