Here is my 72 Monte Carlo project. I'm the 3rd owner of it.
I built a 414 ci Big Block with a Lunati Voodoo cam, lifters, springs kit, new oversized Ferrea SS valves, Holley Street Demon 750cfm carb, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Hooker Competition ceramic big tube headers, Pypes SS 2-1/2" true dual exhaust system, etc.
It's ready for its new paint job. The car has an original 26,342 miles on it. It got wrecked around '99 or 2000, so it sat on cinder blocks in the yard of the 2nd owner until I bought it in July 2017. It was complete with Cragar SS mags minus the engine and radiator.
After talking to the original owner's (who ordered the car new) nephew, he said his Aunt only drove it from Pilot Rock to Pendleton once a week. Then for a few months she drove it to Walla Walla to take her daughter to cancer treatments. He said the car only has the actual 26,342 miles on it. I'm the third owner of this car, and the second owner only drove it for a few years until it was wrecked, and then it sat on cinder blocks in his yard for around 17 years until I got it from him.
