Long story on the name. its a song that came on the radio on a great fishing trip i took with my dad and brothers, and it just popped into my head when i got the truck. Well here we go, traded my 71 K5 for a 72 K10..

Slapped some rallies on there for now, eventually getting some 15x10 white steelies with caps. Truck has a 350/700r4/205 powertrain. factory 3.73 gears and is in really nice shape. I am real happy with the trade. Only had it a week, and so far all ive accomplished was putting my CB antenna on, some caps for the rallies and ordered up a Holley Sniper EFI for it. The truck is my daily driver so i think EFI will really make life more comfortable. That is all for now

Well the Holley Sniper EFI is installed, and runs great. No more pumping the gas and messing with the choke to keep in running in the early mornings, Small spike in fuel economy and much better and smoother throttle response. I like it! Finally had a nice day up here in WA so i gave it a much needed bath.

Installed some bumper guards over the weekend
Went to a local car show with a buddy of mine and his 1Ton 72K5. Not show winners or anything but we had a good time. Saw some sweet trucks. Funny how all the high dollar 4x4 builds will drop thousands on making the truck look nice but are too cheap to spend 250$ on an extended front driveline?? Even the "Best 4X4" didnt have one!
