I put on electric fans and I hate them. The truck is usually hot and the battery is usually drained. Of course, in all my vast wisdom, I trashed the original fan shroud and fan so I can't go back to the easy and reliable setup. I tried the junkyard here in Rifle but it was slim pickins. Can anyone help?

I have a shroud, fan, and fan clutch off of a 77 blazer w/ a 350.

fan - 30
fan clutch - 20
one piece shroud - 50

$ 100 for the package??

Are you sure that's the right stuff? My Sub didn't have a fan clutch. I'm not at home right now, let me check LMC's catalog and see if those are right. I probably just want the shroud anyway and I'll get a flex-a-lite fan.

I'd recommend going with a fan clutch and good 6 or 7 blade fan, not a flex fan. Flex fans generally don't work very well and leave the engine running hot. I just buy a clutch from the parts house with a lifetime warranty and replace it every year for free.:D

Never mind, I looked, they're all te same part numbers.

72blazerguy: I'll take them, sounds like a good deal. Where are you anyway, if you're close maybe I'll come get the stuff from you.

Stuffs in my shop attic in Loveland, I travel to west slope/Gr Junction fairly often. Should be over your way again in 2-3 weeks.

Looks like the fan is a 6 blade. I do think the stuff is the same because I switched to a 4 core radiator and used the same shroud and fan, but :dunno:

pm me, we can figure something out.
