I am rebuilding a top for the 73-75 blazer but I am not able to find one bit of weather stripping.

on this page:

http://lmctruck.com/icatalog/bzc/0012.asp

I have parts 4 and 5. 4 ties in with the weatherstripping going around the door. 5 goes in front of that in the channel above the windshield. there is one more though that attaches to the top itself, on the underside of the front lip of the top. The picture on the LMC page makes it look like that is part #5 but that part most definitely attaches to the truck, not to the top.

Out of 3 tops I have available to me, 2 of them have this last piece and I am having trouble findining a replacement for it. Does anyone have an idea where I may find one?

Thanks!

Try Cheyenne Pickup Parts. They have lots of '73-'87 stuff too.

They dont seem to have it either. They just show the piece that fits in the channel behind the windshield and screws down at each corner and the piece that goes behind that and sits on the edge and ties in with the door weatherstripping.

Thanks for the tip though.

I still do not see what I am looking for (starting to wonder if it was factory afterall or some popular mod back in the day) but looking at thier catalog they have an AMAZING selection.
