I sold my rust free ‘85 6.2 Suburban last year as I prepared for retirement from the Marine Corps and now that I’m settled I am looking for another one. Once my daily driver TDI passat hits 100k its getting sold and I’m going back to a Suburban as a daily driver, that reason is for another thread. So here is what I need:
Plain jane as possible, no power windows!
Barn door or tailgate
Mechanically sound
No wiring issues or hacked up wiring
Highway gears or an overdrive
No lift over 4”
At this point I prefer a gas unless the 6.2 has a Banks on it with a new injection pump and injectors.
No Rust! Faded, dents and dings are ok but no rust!
Dash not cut up, gauges all work.
Basically my last one but the owner doesn’t want to sell it. Located in Muscle Shoals, Al.
