Some pictures of what it looks like now. The motor is a 87-95 350 remanufactured engine with a TH-350 and 203 Tranfercase 4:10 or 4:11 gears. I have a 205 and sm465 and getting a soft top for it soon waiting for taxes to come back to get the top. then I will need to look for a Dana 60 and 14 Bolt FF. the suspension will come later as will the paintjob.

500 Cadillac with the 1970 74cc Heads (Heads are in the "Pile O Parts")
The heads and the pistons i plan to use will make it 10.5.1 compression.

Im also going to be documenting a suburban converted into a crew cab truck unless I get an Idea change possibly some type of truggy shortened frame of course but who knows as of yet.

The reason I don't own a Blazer and settled for a K10 is because in my area it is tough to find affordable full converable Blazers. I want what you have!

Looks like a great Blazer to start a porject with.

If you want to go with heafitier axels, you need to know that your 6 lug rims aren't going to do you any good on an 8 lug axel.

Yep I know that im gonna need new rims eventually I think I have at least 2 16.5 8 lug rims somewhere.

Yeah your right it is very difficult to find these full convertable vehicles in good shape or at all where im from. I got this from California cause i lived there for about a year so i guess you could say that im lucky. the only rust on it is above the rear wheel wells and passeger side rocker panel the floors are in excellent shape with no rust at all! I frowned upon the little holes that came about when the tire carrier and molding where removed but ill just weld em shut currently they have duck tape on them:ignore:

I just recently baught a 73 k5 but it does have a little more rust than your but it's not to bad considering the age.
