better to feel stupid and have a running truck....
Better to pay attention to where the wires go, and not have your truck down for a couple weeks.
In my defense...
Someone changed the wire colors on one of the wires, and the other was so oil impregnated, you cant tell if it is black, purple or brown.
Also I "think" the wire terminals are reversed on the new starter because I "think" I put the wire back in the same positions!
At least I have 6 cars/trucks so it was not a huge hardship!
