ram-air hood,fenders,doors,interior and so on.
thanks.

Fix it, man! That is one bad a$$ machine. Is it a Trans Am or a Formula? You said it has the ram-air hood, so I'm guessing it is a Formula. Man, if you weren't in Texas, I'd make an offer to buy the whole lot off of ya! Got any pictures?

do you have any numbers? hp?tq?
its white with blue stripes and realy BIG MOTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
455 HO.

If the exhaust ports are rounds its a SD (super Duty). If they are d-port its either stock heads, or ram air III heads. What is the casting # on the heads? I can look them up and tell you.

Dan

*Spoken like Homer Simpson* Mmmmmm, Super Duty.....

Naw, man. No new pics of the 76. Haven't gotten to work on it much. It is at a friend's house and I never get over there. I'm gonna hopefully get it to my house soon. I've got all the parts to put it together, though. I'll take some better pics once I get the old snowflakes off and put the Torq-Thrusts on it.

heart broken...
car is 400 raim air, 455 doesn't come w ith car..have the original 400 though, but hey its free.
sigh,(tears falling) big block gone.400 still good motor right? please say yes.

400 ram-air is still a good motor! I'd take one. Actually, there is not big-block or small-block Pontiac motors. They are all big blocks. A 400 Pontiac is still a darn good motor. My 76 Trans Am has a built 400 in it and I'm gonna drop a 400 in my 75 Firebird, too.

Years ago I had a 73 Trans Am. 400 4spd and 4:10 gears.
That baby would freakin fly.
They were not foolin around when they put in a 160mph speedo.
71 -73 are my favorite years.

No they werent. I have burried my speedo in my 69 Firebird (160 mph) a few times when it had the stock rearend in it. It came with 2.56 gears since it was an AC car. well with 500+ hp its not hard to do over 160.
