74-76 Vs 87 Drip rail on cab

Hey I have a dumb (noob) question. I found a set of chrome drip rail trim at a flea market yesterday. The old guy said he bought them for a truck he had back in the 70's He thought it was a 75 C-10. I have looked at different things and I am confused.

I need you experts to help me. Will they work on a 1987 Jimmy/Blazer? The pictures all look the same to me but any one got both vehicles to compare? He wanted $25.00 for them LMC wants $40 plush shipping.

I think the drip rails on the Blazers are different then the drip rails on the pickups. I think they're integral to the roof on the K5s. I was just browsing the photo albums on here...never owned a half-cab Blazer myself...
