ok i have a 74 chevy blazer was full time 4wd-350-350tranny-203 t-case. My question is, did this ever have "2hi" on the t-case or is it only 4-lo,N,4hi?
The shifter seems to stop at what would be 2-hi but if you put it in drive it acts like if it was in neutral. What is the deal? Do I have a big problem or is this the way it is??

Hi Loc

or somesuch, right? (I'm too lazy to go out and look at mine at the moment :) )

With the part-time conversion kit, that shift pattern changes to

4Lo (front most)

2Hi
2Lo

I do believe.

The locking hubs on the front axle are a good indicator that the t-case PROBABLY has the conversion inside, but not a guarantee.
