I think you are going to need (1/2 X 3-1/2), (1/2 X 4), and (1/2 X 5) course thread bolts (5-grade or higher). I am not sure how many, but if you buy 5 of each, that should be enough. Places like "Lowes" or "home Depot" have harware for pretty cheap.
I think the 1/2 X 5 go in the two front body mounts next to the radiator, then six or eight 1/2 X 3-1/2 go on the out-board body mounts along the side of the cab, and then the 1/2 X 4 go on the in-board mounts towards the back of the cab.
When I bought a 1" body lift from ORD they sent me bolts that where 1" longer than the size bolts I quoted to you, and they worked great.
