Nice rig! I am thinking about buying that same lift. Interested to know how it rides and if what 83ChevyK5Blazer said about removing the sway bar works well.
Looks like your making good progress. I will be picking up a 1977 k5 this week with a lot of the same issues for my new project.

Been fixing small stuff , all rust repair finished , rust treated , everything is out of cab . My buddy is going to spray Raptor liner next week . I can not wait to get it back !!! Going to replace seat covers while all the seats are out . Then drive it for a couple weeks , then put the new 350 in it .

Been very SLOW last few months , I got the 305 running great , so just leaving it alone for now . Got to drive it some over the summer , runs and drives great ! in paint , body shop now

Went with ALL new sheet metal , the rear was replaced before I bought it , so I got new doors , hood , and fenders . Going with all new bumpers . We are thinking flat gun metal gray on bumpers and all trim ( NO chrome )
