Have been looking for a full-size convertible for a while now...

Previously owned a 88 and a 86, both 6,2d, both lifted and roughed up.
This time we wanted a more stock fullcabber with 350/350 setup.

Very happy with the purchase, found it in Malmø Sweden, and brought it to western part of Norway this summer.

The TH350 was in bad shape with no reverse, så this is taken out and sent to a overhaul guy locally.
Any advice on smart «upgrades» now the the NP203 and TH350 is already out of the way?
The engine is in good condition, so is the body and chassis.

Do want a soft top for the car, not sure what ill go for, but softtopper.com looks to have a decent setup, any experience bad/good?

Also i am looking in to making the car a bit safer with seatbelts and possibly changing the back/front seats to a more modern type?
Very open to good solutions here, and reading through the forum is very helpful so thanks for all good threads.

My other «baby» is a 69 camaro. Very happy with it, but with 4 kids and a wife who want winds in her hair driving the
few days of sun we have in Stavanger, I’m sure well be very happy with the K5 blazer (almost bought a impala for the 6 seats, happy we got a hold of this instead)

Smart upgrades are very subjective. With the TH350 already getting a rebuild, that may be the most cost effective way to go.

Soft Topper really does make a good product, I think I'd go with them personally

The seats and belts option is a thing of preference, your local laws may dictate what the belts and seats can be (sorry not familiar with what you have for laws there)

And I like camaros...

The 350 linked to the np203 is probably the most cost efficient way to get it back on the road yes :)
And I’m changing the gaskets, fluids ect...

The regulations on seats is not that bad actually in norway as long as the car is that old, looking in to setting a suburban type split backseat
but do not want to cut or alter the car too much, so i need to look through a couple more threads here to make up my mind...
