1/2 ton status
Here's the story on this first. My buddy sold this K5 almost 2yrs ago. The guy that bought it left yesterday for S. Korea for a year, then he will be stationed in Europe for 2 years after that. He has asked my buddy and I if we could help him sell it. Now here's the details on it.
'75 3/4 ton K5
14bff rear w/ mini spool, 4.10 gears
Dana 44 front with loc-rite, flat tops, and raised steering arm, 4.10 gears
4" all spring lift, no blocks
ORD sway bar disconnects
35" Dunlop mud tires with 75% tread on 15"x10" white spoke wheels
sbc 350/350 turbo/NP 203 w/ part time kit in it
sbc serpentine setup on engine
the roll cage pictured is not the one in the K5 now. It has a better one in it.
My buddy also has a 205 t-case he will sell for $200 with it.
The bad part is the crankshaft keyway for the harmonic balancer is sheared off, the balancer was actually welded on for a trail fix. The motor does run though. The truck does come with a good running spare 350 out of an '89 K5.
The guy is asking $2000 for it. It is located in Omaha, Ne. If anyone is interested just PM me and I will send you my buddy's phone number.
