76 Blazer in Southern Cali for Sale *New Price*
$3200 follow my link to see some pics (about a year old or more - i'll have new ones up soon).
currently residing in Woodland Hills, CA (suburb of LA)
6" springs up front
echobit flip in rear (blocks in the old pics, and i took off the sway bar so she runs really smooth now)
400 engine (rebuilt with just under 50k on it)
35" contitrac tires...decent tread left?
10 front/ 12 bolt rear
warn hubs / weld wheels
rancho 9000 shocks
twin mufflers
tachometer
k&n air filter
factory gearing, i'll have to look it up
flip up moon roof that i've sealed up pretty well
cool "kiss my tattoo sticker"
federal truck so no cat converter - passes smog easy (but wont even need to in a year or so)
very little rust
...hmmm, not sure what else to list. ask and i'll figure it out.
she runs really nice, never had any major problems in the 2-3 years i've had her. no major leaks, no stalls, no pings...
KNOWN PROBLEMS:
ac condenser is busted but otherwise a/c setup should work (or so i was told by the previous owner)
hood spring is a little tweaked, so after you close her up you've got to push down on the side of the hood
inch or so of back corners of rear wheel wells bent in (from previous owner - will take pics)
drivers side front fender is dinged up (from prev. owner) - see pics
passenger seat-back doesn't really adjust any more
sidewall of rear tire has a gash
1/4 on gas tank guage = empty (a good point to remember)
/forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
i've done all the nice stuff i could (given my skill level) for her (changed her oil every 3k miles / flushed the radiator / put on new calipers / recarpeted / changed spark plugs / tire rotation...)
i don't off-road and i've decided to move on to more civilized vehicles (ford expedition/nissan pathfinder - any suggestions?) and i don't like getting 10mpg. but she really is in great-shap (so far as i can tell, at least) and she deserves a loving home, so drop me an offer or a question or come by and take a look,
alex
