Funny, Surrey, BC isn't salt belt. Pretty wet climate though...
That rig appears to not have been taken care of if it's actually from that part of the world. Plenty of squares out there get wheeled, even lightly, and then not sprayed out the nooks and crannies. With the rain out there they stay wet and rot. The only salt out there would be in the condiment area. The upside is the frame and stuff is probably just fine. The rest is junk though.
