I have a shot at this truck for 1500.00 but I wont pay that much. I wanted to use it for the tranny, axles, and transfer case but it has full time 4x4 this i'm not sure of its probably a dana 44 front and 60 rear the appeal is it has a t-400 tranny and a SB400 thats all good. I need axles tranny and transfer case for my 83 K5 but maybe I should hold off and wait for the dana 60 front and 14 rear that I seem to have a hard time finding for our budget. I dont know what do you guys think?

sounds like a good deal if you need the running gear finding a truck with a 60 and a 14 bolt good luck and the price aint going to be 1500 so i would get it strip it swap eveything and then hunt for a 60 atleast you will be 3/4 of the way there, only lacking the 60 and if you dont go big on tires or drive it like a idiot the 44 will last you.
