Thing is mostly pretty straight!

Well I have been waiting on a plasma cutter and cnc table, to cut out the brackets I designed but I got the plasma cutter and found out that my 220v supply that I had been using for MIG welding is not ok and one of the legs is lower voltage than the other so I have to fix some electrical before I can get back to the seat installation. :frown1:

Found some cheap pig tails for my BMW power seats to make wiring them up super easy, one thing I haven't mentioned yet but there is a two pin connector in this plug that goes to the seat belt tightening mechanism used in an accident I simply cut that thing off, so it can never fire.

Started cutting out some of the rust in the floor boards in preparation for the seats and the new Tiffy console.

Gave me an excuse to practice with the plasma cutter too!

Thanks, the next project is a DIY4x Cage and Dashboard. also been thinking about vinyl wrapping the thing in yellow so it looks a little bit better than it does today. hard to show in pictures but the paint looks like someone used house paint and a roller.

I love my diy4x dash. I was looking into their rollcage kits too.

Nice! I have some cool Ideas for customizing it a bit. but I will save those for later ;)

once all of the seats and roll cage are in I am also going to spray the whole interior with lizard skin.

Nice project! Looking forward to updates.

How do you like the e46 seats?
Do they allow decent rear seat access?
