Are you looking for the factory style that is part of the windshield wiper motor, or the newer style that is part of the windshield washer tank?
I went with the newer style on my '78. You just have to take the pink and white wires from your original wiper motor and run them to the new tank. If you get enough of the wires and the pigtail off of the donor vehicle you can connect them quite easily. Use the rear hole on the fender, and drill a new front hole in the fender. You can reach the back side, through the cut out in the fender, to put a lock washer and nut on the bolt. Next add new hoses and you are done.
This gives you a nice flow to the windshield, not the spit, spit, drool, of the old style.
You can get the new style off of '84 and newer.
