Is there a way to put a folding seat from a 78 blazer into a 75 Jimmy? I know the frame was altered to allow the folding design. I was just wondering if anyone has done this.

You would need to poke a hole in the floor for the latch , and add the locking strut rod bolt hole to the drivers wheelhouse . Maybe drill different holes .
The floors are different for 78 and up , since there is a footwell behind the front seats . 77 and earlier had a flat floor all the way to the front seat backs .
It would be easiest to just find a earlier rear seat . Someone here ( x elevnety billion ) has cut or thrashed many of those early trucks .
