Looking for an 79-84 1 ton K30 4x4 transfer case (auto trans) crossmember. This one uses the "biscuit" style mounts. Thanks

I may not have it. Top pic I thought was the right one until I pulled it out of the pile and it wraps up the driver's side frame rail. Middle is 2wd. Bottom is early 70s . I'm checking with another guy in town to see what he has available.

I think I have a couple, I can post up some pics when I get home.
$25.00 plus shipping.

That would work Ron. Please let me know what shipping would be to 98801. This part is for my boss so I should give him a total price. If I could get shipping cheap enough, I would just have you put it in the cab of the CUCV and ship the whole thing!!!

Another guy in Sultan does squarebody parts has this one from a 77 that looks right. He is charging $60 with bushings and bolts.

I'm pretty sure 77 would have been a TH400/203. I will check in parts book to see if same number.

Kenny, the key is that it had to have a TH400 in front of it! If that x-member shown definitely had a TH400 it should work. The part numbers between TH350 & TH400 are definitely different.

The crossmember that has the slot on one side fits all configurations, the only thing you want to confirm is the height, 1 ton is flatter than the 1/2 and 3/4 ton.
The one kenny has might work check the spacing on the holes.

The transmission didn't dictate that spacing, the tcase did.
I have a few but shipping would kill the deal.
If my friend goes back up to Wenatchee I can send it with him

OK! Clarification. As a parts guy I always tend to go as the part numbers go. After quite a bit of research, there were quite a few x-member for similar combinations but the 81-84 is pretty straight forward. The big differences are the adapters and where they sit up/down in relation to bottom of frame. Attached is photos of an 84 which is exactly the x-member I need. This is my truck in the photos and as far as the x-member and mounts go it's all original.

So more research tells me I'm asking for the wrong thing!!! So sorry guys! I need a x-member from a 79-84 K30! Everything we are doing to my bosses truck is based off of a CUCV. So after getting to work I thought after all this confusion that I better check my CUCV catalog. Sure enough, the part number for the x-member I pictured is the same as civilian 79-84 K30. I will change the title to thread... Thanks for all of the help.

Ok now we're getting somewhere.
I am out.
All I have is 1/2 and 3/4 ton.
I know on the new ones for the k30 you bolt it on top and it's the same one.
I wonder if that'll work

77-84 on K30's are all the same crossmember.

Maybe! Different part numbers, but didn't check on previous part number changes. Either way, was just hoping to find one reasonable asap. Hillbilly Wizard has them for $65. That's probably the way we will have to go. I appreciate all your efforts fellas.
