Anybody have a diagram are just tell me what wire goes where I got two connectors the one for the speakers and the other connector has a black, yellow, and grey wire. I'm assuming black is ground and I was thinking yellow was power but when I tried hooking it up that way it did not work I have a red yellow and black wire on my new radio plus all the speaker wires any help would greatly be appreciated

If memory serves, the black one is indeed ground, the yellow wire is switched ignition and the grey wire is the dash lighting.

That is, the yellow wire turns on and off with the key. This will probably go to the red wire on your radio -- it'll be labelled something about "ignition" or "switched."

If the new radio doesn't have an "illumination" wire, you can tape off the grey one.

However, you'll need to run a new wire to the fusebox to get a "constant" (i.e. unswitched) power wire. This will probably go to the yellow wire on your new radio, which should say "constant" or "memory." Get you a voltmeter to pick a fuse tap that isn't switched, one that doesn't turn off with the key.

HTH.

the12volt.com has wiring diagrams. thats where i grabbed mine to install my radio and remote start/keyless entry

Yellow for the cluster is lighting, so I'd assume it to be the same for the radio.

Then again, you shouldn't assume anything, barring the proper wiring diagrams, break out the multimeter and get it right. This isn't difficult stuff, and a $10-20 meter will pay for itself in about one job.
