I'm not 100% sure what exactly the original application was, the label says they conform to federal motor vehicle safety standards, seat belt component of some kind I'm guessing. Could be useful for something I suppose. Appx. 7" from eye to eye. One end is offset/bent for flush mounting. Again, surplus military, so the belt is green. $20 shipped for all four.
