Ok so I am keeping DBW and ran into a few snafus...

1. pedal ASP130 - 1994-2000 k3500 direct bolt in pedal assembly
2. 2001 TAC Module
3. 2004 TAC to pedal cable.

Now.. I have the 2001 Plug to pedal. apparently guy i got motor and harness from just cut it vs putt lot of firewall to give full plug.

Issue 1
04 and 01 Pedal plug are the same, got a groove on right...
Pedal has groove on left.. ok i bought a pigtail when i bought pedal and it is the right one...

Issue 1 leads to issue 2...
04 harness has 6 wires...
01 harness has 9 wires...

so if i use pigtail... im guessing 9 wires...
Is it a straight through cable? need to know pinouts on each end...

Ideas?

Part of the reason we go with cable throttle on ours.

But I can get you the schematics and plug pinouts if you want them. However I think you need to keep the tac module and pedal from the same year at least, plus it needs to match the year of your ecm and harness.

I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer here, but the mix you have might be problematic. Speedlabdan has had issues with the mismatch of components, but he also is running an Allison trans that further complicates things.
