8.1L knock sensor relocate - informational

So my drivers side knock sensor shield was hitting the header. removed shield and seems to be ok.
I saw this just moments ago and had to share for someone to add where needed for 8.1L info..lol...

so wonder why this worked and if allen key bolt would work or other hole drilled?
