can I get numbers? And a discount for being cool? lol I'd want 5 1 4 for my tripple stick doubler... my engine size on the shifters, lol :)

Post a pic of your layout. Yes I do have a deal for you.:D

i just checked my shifters, the 2 right ones are too close for pool balls to fit on. The little black knobs dont have much room between them, Thanks anyway, it was a cool idea

Thats what I was wondering. There are also miniatures. At this point, nothing gained, nothing lost. If you could measure the closest distance between any two at the nearest position, we maybe able to work it out. By the way, the balls "514" are orange, yelow, purple.
The other alternative would be to bend 5 to the left and 4 to the right, if its easy.

the 5 and 1 are spaced out, the 1 and 4 are too close, I dont know how easy it would be to bend the 4 out.
let me look for pics

these make it look a little closer than it is, but you get the idea

:haha: This is becoming a tech article, cool. All three are coming out of the same hole in the floor, right? Suggestion, middle and right are too close as it came from the Vendor, it looks like it would be a b**** with the small knobs. Those rods are just painted, right? Extremely easy to heat and bend to exactly where you want them. When the T-case is installed, is it at that same angle or tilted even a little further down?

Sorry, I don't "make" these, I modify them. These are manufactured in Belgium by a ball manufacturer; precision ball bearings, pool ball, medical components, just about anything that is super round and high precision. Your request has me thinking though. If and when I ever do custom work, it will not be in the near future. I will look into it.
Thanks:D
Now tha^ts a shift knob idea:haha:

or better yet where can I get the right decals for the shift pattern and put them on your pool balls?

are the knobs interchangeable between shiftrods? how about the one on my 208 going onto a 465 or 205?

yep. i need to get some recent pics of my two shift knobs up here to replace that one you have of when i had the 208. :)

What about a three ball with the mount being sideways for a coulmn shifter, could it be done? Wasn't sure if these were already drilled or if you did it. If you do it could you tell me how you secure them to the shift rod without revealing too many trade secrets? I have an 8 and 9 ball from Camel that I wanted to use in mine.:wink1:

Thanks,

Ward

I haven't ventured into column shifters. The Pool Ball might be too heavy for three speed stick shift, and I believe the knob for three speed auto, is a snap on. Yes I drill and insert the Pool Balls.

Camel?
