my parts store can get the hubs and rotors for my 8 lug conversion but he can't get the backing plates does anyone have a source for them or can my old backing plates be used with those....Thanks Jason

THE DEAL: the 3/4 ton backing plate accommodates for a larger rotor. therefore it is bigger. your caliper will be the same. no problem there. you best bet is a junkyard, but these other guys might know of some source where you can get them new (hopefully you wont pay through the nose though). I'm confused though, where are the back plates from that axle?

If the junk yard doesn't have them, i found them at the dealer, they wanted like $90 per side though.
I did get mine at the junk yard though, sometimes can be hard to find, but they're out there.
